Tables & Chairs. Vendor may utilize own tables and chairs or rent from the venue for additional charges as indicated on the Expo Space & Sponsorship Agreement. All tables must be skirted, regardless of whether using own tables or rented tables. Vendors may not utilize tables or chairs from other areas of the expo hall. Tables and chairs shall not be used in lieu of ladders. Fashion Show The Think Tank Fashion Show will return in 2017. Vendors who wish to have their business and products featured in the Fashion Show must indicate so on the Expo Space & Sponsorship Agreement.

Tables & Chairs. Upon renter’s request, tables and chairs accommodating up to 100 persons will be set up by the Xxxxxxx House and/or the caterer in the Tea Room or yard. All tables and chairs that are moved must be returned to their original spot.

There is a vacuum kept inside the Work Room adjacent to the Special Exhibits Hall which should be used anywhere food or drink was present. Lighting: Lighting may be adjusted in the Workroom. Please do not use the fuse box on the left or the covered switches in the fuse box on the right. Inside the right fuse box, the bottom switches control the track lighting, while the upper right switches control the fluorescent lights. Fire & Safety: No open flames are allowed within or outside the Museum property (this includes candles, matches, etc.) In case of an emergency, there are emergency exits marked by LED signs within the Special Exhibits Hall and on the other side of the Museum in the Whale Room. There are fire extinguishers located in the Work Room by the door leading to the Lobby, within the Lobby in a metal case by the public restrooms, and upstairs on the Mezzanine in the corner between the Bat and Mammal cases. Closing: When closing, it is your responsibility to: -Stack and return all tables and chairs to their proper place in the Work Room. -Ensure all special equipment has been returned to its proper place. -Ensure there are no objects within the yellow box taped on the floor around the fuse box in the Work Room. -Ensure that the area you used is free of any debris or garbage and vacuum where food or drink was present. -Please make sure that the lights are all off before you leave. Extra tables may be rented by Licensee through Rosewood Farms. If Licensee chooses to rent their own ceremony chairs, reception chairs, or reception tables, Rosewood Farms may charge Licensee a at fee of $250 per building to remove Rosewood Farms’ chairs/tables to make room for Licensee’s own rentals.

This plan shall be prepared on a form provided by STATE, and shall be used for all types of operations, including road maintenance, project work, logging, and postharvest requirements. STATE may require an on-site meeting prior to approval of the plan, attended by PURCHASER, subcontractor, and STATE representatives. STATE's approval of the plan must be obtained prior to commencement of any operation, and PURCHASER must comply with this plan. If PURCHASER fails to comply with any of the terms of the plan, including completion dates, STATE may, after giving written notice, suspend PURCHASER's operations until such time as an acceptable alternate plan is submitted by PURCHASER and that alternate plan is accepted by STATE, as provided in Section 29, "Violations, Suspensions, and Cancellation." PURCHASER shall notify STATE whenever operations will be inactive for more than 3 days, and again when operations will be resumed. Upon approval by STATE, the Operations Plan shall automatically be incorporated into, and made part of, this contract.
