Term and Reopening Negotiations. This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect for a period commencing July 1, 2022, through June 30, 2024, and thereafter pursuant to PELRA. If either party desires to modify or amend this Agreement commencing on July 1, 2024, it shall give written notice of such intent no later than May 1, 2024. Unless otherwise mutually agreed, the parties shall not commence negotiations more than ninety (90) days prior to the expiration of this Agreement.

If either party desires to modify or amend this Agreement commencing at its expiration, it shall give written notice of such intent no later than 120 days prior to the end of the contract. Unless otherwise mutually agreed, the parties shall not commence negotiations more than 90 days prior to the expiration of this Agreement.

If either party desires to modify or amend this Agreement, it shall give written notice of such intent no later than May 1, 2021. It is further agreed that following such notice of intent, negotiations shall continue on a regular basis with the goal of reaching Agreement on the 2021-2023 contract prior to August 1, 2021.

This Master Contract shall remain in full force and effect for a period commencing on July 1, 2019, through June 30, 2021, and thereafter until modifications are made pursuant to PELRA. If either party desires to modify or amend this Master Contract commencing on July 1, 2019, it shall give written notice of such intent no later than May 1, 2021, but not prior to March 1, 2021. Parties to this Master Contract agree to commence negotiations for a successor contract no later than 20 days after receipt of said written notice, except as may be modified by the State Director of Mediation Services.

The Agreement shall be renewed automatically on the termination date for an additional year in the form in which it has been written and amended or supplemented during its life unless one party gives written notice to the other party at least ninety, but not more than one hundred and twenty days prior to the termination date of its intent to renegotiate some or all of the terms contained therein or to negotiate new terms into the Agreement.
