Annual Negotiations. Negotiations will be conducted each year according to the ground rules as mutually agreed upon prior to negotiations. Ground Rules (see APPENDIX F - GROUND RULES) used at the previous year's sessions will serve as the basis for discussing any changes before adopting ground rules for the current negotiating sessions. Such ground rules mutually agreed upon shall assist in the orderly process for negotiations.

Annual Negotiations. 4.1. Subject to the provisions of Subsection 4.4 hereinafter set forth, during the term of this Agreement, either party may request annual negotiations to be held in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.4.
Annual Negotiations. After approval and execution of this agreement and upon request by the WEA to the Board or by the Board to the Representative Organization, after January 2 of each year during the term of this Negotiation Procedural Agreement, the Board and the WEA will enter into annual negotiations with the intent of reaching a final annual Negotiated Master Agreement. If final agreement is not reached by July 1, unless extended by mutual consent, any items in question shall be submitted to Dispute Resolution under Section 4 below.

Annual Negotiations. 13.1.1 Each year, members of the Association’s Negotiating Team and the District Administration’s Negotiating Team will engage in negotiations to determine whether any adjustment in compensation and benefits shall be recommended to the Board for the upcoming school year. The entry level salary schedule will be a negotiated item each year during annual negotiations. All financial considerations for the salary schedule and benefits are subject to reopening and negotiation on a yearly basis.
