TERM OF FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT. The Framework Agreement shall take effect on the Commencement Date and (unless it is otherwise terminated in accordance with the terms of this Framework Agreement or it is otherwise lawfully terminated) shall terminate at the end of the Term.
TERM OF FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT. 3.1. This Framework Agreement shall take effect from the Framework Commencement Date and shall continue, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the provisions of the Framework Agreement or otherwise by operation of Law, for two (2) Years (“Initial Period”) when it shall terminate automatically without notice unless, no later than three (3) Months before the end of the Initial Period, the Authority gives notice to extend the Initial Period in accordance with Clause 3.2.
TERM OF FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT. 2.1 This Framework Agreement shall take effect on the 1 July 2013 (the “Commencement Date”) and save where extended pursuant to this Clause 2 shall expire twenty-four (24) months from the Commencement Date (the period between the Commencement Date and this date shall be known as the “Initial Term”);
TERM OF FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT. 2.1 This Framework Agreement commences on 2 January 2012 (the “Commencement Date”) and (unless it is otherwise terminated in accordance with the terms of this Framework Agreement or it is otherwise lawfully terminated) shall expire on 1 January 2016.
TERM OF FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT. This Framework Agreement shall take effect on the Commencement Date and shall expire eighteen (18) Months from that date unless terminated earlier in accordance with the terms of this Framework Agreement or otherwise by operation of Law. SCOPE OF FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT Without prejudice to Clause FW-29., this Framework Agreement governs the relationship between the Authority and the Supplier in respect of the provision of the Services. The Supplier acknowledges that there is no obligation whatsoever on any Contracting Body to invite or select the Supplier to provide any Services and/or to purchase any Services under this Framework Agreement. No undertaking or any form of statement, promise, representation or obligation shall be deemed to have been made by the Authority or any Other Contracting Body in respect of the total quantities or values of the Services to be ordered by them pursuant to this Framework Agreement and the Supplier acknowledges and agrees that it has not entered into this Framework Agreement on the basis of any such undertaking, statement, promise or representation. ASSURANCE The Authority, or any agent of the Authority, shall be entitled to verify at any time by any reasonable means that the representations made in the Tender and any Service Package offered by the Supplier are accurate and reflect the actual characteristics of the Services being offered by the Supplier and any representation found to be inaccurate shall be deemed a material Default.
TERM OF FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT. This Framework Agreement shall take effect on the last date of signature of this Framework Agreement (“Commencement Date”) and shall expire four (4) years after the Commencement Date, unless it is terminated earlier in accordance with the terms of this Framework Agreement or otherwise by operation of Law.
TERM OF FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT. This Framework Agreement shall take effect on (the "Commencement Date") and its term (“Term”) shall expire twelve (12) Months after the Commencement Date, unless it is extended by the Authority at its sole discretion by written notice to the Supplier by one further period of six (6) Months, and in either case unless it is terminated earlier in accordance with the terms of this Framework Agreement or otherwise by operation of Law.
