Transportation Agreements. The Receiving Agency, if required, shall enter into separate agreements to transport through the LDC the volume(s) of natural gas received under this Contract. The Receiving Agency is directly and independently responsible to such LDC for all transportation costs to the Points of Delivery at Receiving Agency’s facilities identified in Exhibit A.
Transportation Agreements. Consistent with Section 9.3.4, SMWD will cooperate with Cadiz to secure authorization from MWD and MWDOC for the delivery and conveyance of Project Water by the CRA to SMWD and other Project Participants.
Transportation Agreements. If Buyer is unable to conclude and maintain rail transportation agreements on terms satisfactory to Buyer, Buyer shall notify Sales Agent/Producer and these parties will use their best efforts to make the terms satisfactory.

The Buyer shall prepare and file with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (“FERC”) (and the Company shall, and shall cause its Subsidiaries and their respective affiliates to cooperate with the Buyer in connection therewith) a joint petition of SWN Energy Services Company, LLC, the Company and each Subsidiary of the Company holding capacity for temporary waivers of all applicable capacity release regulations and related policies and requirements of the related tariff requirements of the interstate pipelines providing transportation service pursuant to transportation agreements as may be reasonably necessary to facilitate the assignment or permanent release from the Company, its Subsidiaries and their affiliates to SWN Energy Services Company LLC or any other designated affiliate of the Buyer of all pipeline transportation contracts subject to the jurisdiction of FERC on rates, terms and conditions identical to those currently in effect for the Company, its Subsidiaries and their affiliates or their designees to be effective on or after the Closing.
Transportation Agreements. Target has no transportation leases and contracts other than as listed in Schedule 3.10(g) which describes the terms of each such agreement.

Transportation Agreements. Transportation Agreements. Schedule 11(t) lists all of each Seller’s transportation, storage, distribution, sales, and other material contracts related to the Business to which either Seller is a party.
Transportation Agreements. There are no agreements respecting transportation of Petroleum Substances which relate to any of the Assets which cannot be terminated on 30 days notice.
Transportation Agreements. Except as listed in the Disclosure Schedule, to the knowledge of the Vendor, no Purchased Entity is party to any agreement respecting the firm transportation of Petroleum Substances having a term which expires more than 91 days after the Closing and having a Financial Impact of more than $100,000.
