Upon return. Licensee shall return the Facilities to Rice after the Event in the same condition as when received, and shall reimburse Rice for any and all costs, expenses, charges or fees incurred in the repair or replacement of damage to the Facilities as a result of the acts or omissions of the Licensee, or the employees, subcontractors, agents, representatives, participants, invitees or attendees of Licensee of the Event.

For rentals lasting more than 15 days: upon motorcycle collection, on the day rental starts, Holder pays, either cash or through ATM/credit card, further amount equal to € (€ 500,00 if rentals last up to 20 days; € 800,00 if rentals last more than 20 day) as caution money. Without prejudice to the following, such amount will be either returned or imputed to the balance of the rental cost upon motorcycle return.   • Entitlements Upon Return to Work (a) An employee who returns to work after the expiration of maternity, parental or pre-adoption leaves shall retain the seniority the employee had accumulated prior to commencing the leave and shall be credited with seniority for the period of time covered by the leave.

  • Early Return An employee who is on a leave of absence without pay, not covered by any other provision of this Agreement, may return from the leave before its expiration date if the employee provides the director with a written notice to that effect at least 15 days before the date of return.

  • Notification of Return For absences longer than one day, each faculty member shall make every effort to keep the appropriate supervisor advised of his/her condition, and provide an estimate of their expected return.

  • Late Return If you are going to be late, tell us straight away. We reserve the right to charge a £100 per hour late return fee which may be used to compensate other holidaymakers who are made to wait for our vehicle. This fee will also include the additional administration in the extension of your insurance.

  • Annual Return A copy of the Annual Return form AR01 submitted to Companies House for Contractors registered in the UK. Where Contractors are not registered with Companies House, they must forward the information detailed in Annex 1.

  • Assignment on Return On return from leave, a participant will be assigned to his former position unless it is no longer available. In such a case the employee will be given a comparable job, if possible, or the layoff provisions will be applied.

  • Equipment Return You may use the Leased Equipment provided under this plan only while you remain an active customer in good standing and in compliance with this Agreement (including, without limitation, the RCA). You must return all Leased Equipment in good operating condition, normal wear and tear excepted, within 30 days following cancellation or disconnection of your DISH service or disconnection of your Leased Equipment. If you acquired your Leased Equipment from a retailer, then you must return all Leased Equipment to: (A) your original retailer, if such cancellation or disconnection of your DISH service or disconnection of your Leased Equipment occurs during the first 30 days following your initial activation of programming; or (B) DISH, if such cancellation or disconnection of your DISH service or disconnection of your Leased Equipment occurs after such 30-day period.   • Notice of Return Teachers on an approved professional study leave for the full school year shall notify the Superintendent, in writing, of his/her intent to return from said leave for the ensuing school year on or before February 1 of the year of the professional study leave.   • Graduated Return to Work Where an Employee is not receiving benefits from another source and is working less than his/her regular working hours in the course of a graduated return-to-work as the Employee recovers from an illness or injury, the Employee may use any unused sick/short term disability allocation remaining, if any, for the portion of the day where the Employee is unable to work due to illness or injury. A partial sick/short term leave day will be deducted for an absence of a partial day in the same proportion as the duration of the absence is to an employee’s regular hours. Where an employee returns on a graduated return to work from a WSIB/LTD claim, and is working less than his/her regular hours, WSIB and LTD will be used to top up the employee’s wages, as approved and if applicable. Where an employee returns on a graduated return to work from an illness which commenced in the previous fiscal year, • and is not receiving benefits from another source; • and is working less than his/her regular hours of work; • and has sick leave days and/or short-term disability days remaining from the previous year The employee can access those remaining days to top up their wages proportional to the hours not worked. In accordance with paragraph c), the Employee will also be allocated one hundred and twenty (120) short-term disability days payable at ninety percent (90%) of regular salary proportional to the hours scheduled to work under the graduated return to work. The new pro-rated sick/short-term leave allocation may not be used to top-up from part-time to full-time hours.
