Vacancies Shall be Posted. Vacancies shall be posted for at least 7 (seven) calendar days unless the Employer and the Union agree to a longer or shorter period. A copy of each posting will be sent to each work location and to every employee on the re-employment list. The employer will make a reasonable effort to inform employees by email and posting in the staff office, of such posting where employees are temporarily absent from work (where employees are less than full- time, or are on vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, etc.) during the 7 (seven) day period.

Vacancies Shall be Posted. Vacancies shall be posted in house for at least 10 calendar days unless the Employer and the Local Union agree to a longer or shorter period. The employer and or Local Union shall inform employees of such posting where employees are on re-employment lists, are temporarily absent from work, are on vacation, sick leave, work out of house or are on leave of absence, etc. during the 10-day period. All vacancies shall be posted within thirty (30) days of becoming vacant.
Vacancies Shall be Posted. 1. The Employer agrees to post vacancies in all buildings as soon as it deems it necessary to fill those vacancies by job bidding. Upon determining that it will fill said vacancy(s) through the job bidding process, the Employer will notify the Association within five days specifying the anticipated posting timelines.

  • General Obligations 1. Each Party shall apply its measures relating to the provisions of this Chapter in accordance with Article 116 (General Principles) and, in particular, shall expeditiously apply those measures so as to avoid unduly impairing or delaying trade in goods or services or conduct of investment activities under this Agreement. 2.
