Voluntary Attendance. Attendance at all courses/programs offered by the training and career ladders program shall be voluntary and in accordance with the training and career ladders policies.
Voluntary Attendance. If a course or training program has direct application to the employee’s present position, the Agency will pay full tuition and books. Travel, meals and associated expenses, and overtime provision will not apply. Reimbursement for tuition and books may be made when the employee presents evidence of satisfactory completion of the training.

Since attending any of the Kriya Meditation sessions could involve physical activity by way of yoga, extreme body movements during Kriya Meditation sessions, emotional release by way of crying, howling, screaming, excessive exhaustion due to body pain and emotional upheaval after Kriya Meditations. You agree to assume the risks associated with attending the Class to the fullest extent permitted under applicable law. You acknowledge and accept that during Kriya Meditation, the Master needs to help You to do certain yoga postures or press specific points in Your body for the Kriyas to happen. If You have any reservations, You shall inform the Master before the start of the Class and refrain from attending the meditation and Yoga Classes conducted by the Master. You agree to indemnify Us against any and all claims, actions, losses for not being able to attend the class of the Master. You acknowledge that you are willingly attending the Classes and that you are completely and personally responsible for any outcomes or results. Because the results are subject to change and are dependent on a number of factors, no guarantees can be guaranteed. There is no guarantee that using our website, programs, Classes or sessions will result in a specific result. These Classes are exempt from any representations, warranties, undertakings and guarantees. We make no representations, warranties, undertakings, or guarantees that you will not be injured as a result of attending the Classes, either directly or indirectly or that Your fitness will improve measurably as a result of attending the Classes.

Making attendance voluntary will make it more challenging to recruit an adequate sample size within the required time frame (parents with teens in Segment 1 from December 1, 2019 through March 31, 2020 but the UMTRI team has experience recruiting parents and teens to participate in voluntary programs via driver education and will leverage the strategies and lessons learned during those studies to optimize our recruitment efforts here. Participation rates ranged from 30-35% in those studies which also included voluntary parent attendance.
