Xxxxx Fee. The monthly Group Fee ("Monthly Group Fee") shall be the sum of the daily Group Fee accruals ("Daily Group Fee Accruals") for each month. The Daily Group Fee Accrual for any particular day will be computed by multiplying the Price Funds` group fee accrual as determined below ("Daily Price Funds` Group Fee Accrual") by the ratio of the Fund`s net assets for that day to the sum of the aggregate net assets of the Price Funds for that day. Xxxx Price Investment Services, Inc., (except the Spectrum Funds, Retirement Funds, TRP Reserve Investment Funds, and any index or private label mutual funds). For the purposes of calculating the Daily Price Funds` Group Fee Accrual for any particular day, the net assets of each Price Fund shall be determined in accordance with the Fund`s prospectus, as of the close of business on the previous business day on which the Fund was open for business.

Xxxxx Fee. XXXX'x Fee is the sole and exclusive compensation for XXXX'x direct and/or indirect profit, home office overhead expense including, without limitation, home office administration, accounting, support, clerical services, insurance not specifically reimbursable under this Agreement, rent, all other direct and indirect home office expenses (including the costs specifically identified by XXXX to recruit and relocate employees and bonuses (at a not-to-exceed amount) that are previously approved by City as reimbursable); taxes other than reimbursable payroll related taxes and any other cost or expense not specifically included within the Cost of Construction Services. Cost Fee may not exceed 8.5% of the Construction Services minus Privilege Taxes and XXXX’x Reimbursable Construction Insurance and Bond Premiums, as specified by Section 5.2 of this Agreement.
Xxxxx Fee. In consideration for University Processing the Product in compliance with the terms of this Agreement, NeoRx shall pay an amount equal to [*] per Xxxxx for the number of Curies ordered by NeoRx in the applicable Purchase Order. The Parties acknowledge that the foregoing per Xxxxx price is based upon NeoRx’s commitment to purchase and/or pay for a minimum of [*] Curies per [*], except [*] Thanksgiving and Christmas, for the duration of the Term. Shipments of [*] shall be accepted by NeoRx, but shall qualify for a credit of [*]. Xxxxx Fee. CornerWorld shall have delivered to Xxxxx Xxxxx an amount, in cash, equal to $115,222.50 (the “Xxxxx Fee”), in consideration of services rendered to Xxxxxx, which amount shall, at the direction of Xxxxxx, be deducted from the Xxxxxx Cash Purchase Price, by wire transfer of immediately available funds to the account designated on Schedule I hereto.
Xxxxx Fee. The fee for XXXX’x profit and general overhead, calculated as a percentage of Cost of the Work (except pass-through Allowances, insurance and Bonds) determined by the City at the time of acceptance of the GMP.
