Party A hereby applies to Party B for satisfying its needs as set forth in Article 2.1 hereof, and Party B agrees to grant the borrowing to Party A (“Borrowing”). This Contract is entered into by and between Party A and Party B in order to define their respective rights and obligations hereunder, through negotiation based on equal footing, in accordance with the Contract Law, the General Loan Rules and other applicable laws and regulations.
