ABL Claim definition

ABL Claim means any Claim derived from, based upon, or secured pursuant to the ABL Documents, including Claims for all principal amounts outstanding, interest, fees, expenses, costs, and other charges arising thereunder or related thereto.
ABL Claim means any Claim derived from, based upon, or arising under the ABL Credit Agreement, including without limitation, the ABL Redemption Fee.
ABL Claim means a Secured Claim in the amount of [$ ] derived from, based upon, relating to or arising from the ABL Credit Agreement.

ABL Claim means any Claim on account of the ABL Facility, including any Prepetition ABL Obligations and ABL Adequate Protection Fees and Expenses (each as defined in the DIP Orders).
