ABL Facility Documents definition

ABL Facility Documents means the agreements and other instruments governing the ABL Facility, together with any guarantees thereof and any security documents, other collateral documents and other instruments relating thereto (including documents and instruments governing Hedging Obligations required by the ABL Facility or relating to ABL Obligations).

ABL Facility Documents the “Loan Documents” as defined in the Senior ABL Facility Agreement, as the same may be amended, supplemented, waived, otherwise modified, extended, renewed, refinanced or replaced from time to time.

ABL Facility Documents means the ABL Facility, the ABL Facility Security Documents and the other “Loan Documents” as defined in the ABL Facility.

ABL Facility Documents means the ABL Facility Agreement, the ABL/Term Loan Intercreditor Agreement and any other agreements, instruments and other documents evidencing or governing the ABL Facility or entered into at any time in connection therewith, as the same may be amended, supplemented, waived, otherwise modified, extended, renewed, refinanced or replaced, in whole or in part, from time to time.

ABL Facility Documents means the ABL Credit Agreement and the other “Loan Documents” under and as defined in the ABL Credit Agreement, as each such document may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof and of the Intercreditor Agreement.

ABL Facility Documents means the “ABL Documents”, as such term is defined in the ABL/Term Loan Intercreditor Agreement.
