Accrued Bonuses definition

Accrued Bonuses has the meaning set forth in definition of “Debt”.
Accrued Bonuses means the amount equal to that percentage of budgeted annual bonuses for Source's fiscal year 1998 equal to the ratio of the earnings of Source through the date of calculation to budgeted earnings for the full fiscal year. All budgeted amounts used herein to be as set forth in Schedule 5.5 of the Source Disclosure Memorandum.
Accrued Bonuses means the accrued bonus payments due to Company employees as of the date hereof.

More Definitions of Accrued Bonuses

Accrued Bonuses has the meaning set forth in Section 3.22(a).
Accrued Bonuses means, with respect to a specified Participant and a specified Award Cycle, the sum of all bonuses accrued by that Participant with respect to all Plan Years within that Award Cycle, plus interest credited on such amounts in accordance with Paragraph 4(d).

Accrued Bonuses means any and all unpaid bonuses that may be attributable to any fiscal year (or such other period for which bonus awards relate, as applicable) of Seller, an Affiliate of Seller or the Business that ends prior to the Closing, which bonuses would otherwise be earned by a New Buyer Employee but for the transactions contemplated by this Agreement if the New Buyer Employee remained employed in good standing with Seller or an Affiliate of Seller until the time of payment of such bonus.

Accrued Bonuses means, as of the Closing Date, (i) all accrued, unpaid bonuses (including all applicable withholdings) which are payable to, or have otherwise been earned by, any of the Employees pursuant to any of the Company Benefit Plans, which accrued amount represents the full amount of bonuses projected to be earned by all such Employees for the period ended December 31, 2013, and (ii) all related employer payroll taxes, but excluding the Change of Control Payments and Severance Payments.
