ACS Wireless Activities definition

ACS Wireless Activities means the wireless voice and data services conducted by ACS and its Affiliates, including Wireless Backhaul and Transport, spectrum and Public WiFi related thereto.
ACS Wireless Activities means the retail wireless voice and data services business conducted by the ACS Group, including the sale to Subscribers of wireless voice and data services provided by the Company.

  • The ACS Group and its Affiliates have all of the material Licenses required under all applicable FCC RCA rules, regulations and orders for the operations of the ACS Wireless Activities and to receive Universal Service Support, and are licensed in all material respects to operate all of the ACS Wireless Activities required by Legal Requirements to be licensed.

  • Neither such Person nor any of its Affiliates is a participant in any joint venture or partnership with any other Person with respect to any part of the ACS Wireless Activities or the ACS Assets.

  • Such Person and its Affiliates have all requisite power (i) to own, lease, and use the ACS Assets as presently owned, leased, and used, (ii) to conduct the ACS Wireless Activities as presently conducted, (iii) to hold the ACS AWN Interest, and (iv) to execute, deliver, and perform this Agreement and the documents contemplated hereby according to their respective terms.

Related to ACS Wireless Activities

  • Business Activities shall be deemed to include any activities which are included in the Company's Business now or during the effective period of this Agreement.

  • Business activity means that term as defined in section 3(2) of the former single business tax act, 1975 PA 228, or in section 105 of the Michigan business tax act, 2007 PA 36, MCL 208.1105.

  • Wellness activity means an explicit program of an activity

  • Economic activities shall in principle include activities of an industrial, commercial and professional character and activities of craftsmen;

  • Competing Activities means the same or similar services as Xxxxxx Xxx Ltd is providing to the Restaurant under this Agreement or other activities having a similar purpose.

  • Motorsport Activities means any motorsport activities or Recreational Services which are permitted or approved which Motorsport Australia regulates or administers or otherwise are under the responsibility / control of Motorsport Australia;

  • Competitive Business Activity means:

  • Interfering Activities means (A) recruiting, encouraging, soliciting, or inducing, or in any manner attempting to recruit, encourage, solicit, or induce, any Person employed by, or providing consulting services to, any member of the Company Group to terminate such Person’s employment or services (or in the case of a consultant, materially reducing such services) with the Company Group, (B) hiring, or engaging any individual who was employed by or providing services to the Company Group within the six (6) month period prior to the date of such hiring or engagement, or (C) encouraging, soliciting, or inducing, or in any manner attempting to encourage, solicit, or induce, any Business Relation to cease doing business with or reduce the amount of business conducted with the Company Group, or in any way interfering with the relationship between any such Business Relation and the Company Group.

  • Activities has the meaning specified in Section 7.02(b).

  • Substantial business relationship means the extent of a business relationship necessary under applicable state law to make a guarantee contract issued incident to that relationship valid and enforceable. A guarantee contract is issued "incident to that relationship" if it arises from and depends on existing economic transactions between the guarantor and the owner or operator.

  • Intrascholastic Activities means athletic or non-athletic/academic activities where students compete with students from within the same school.

  • Interscholastic Activities means athletic or non-athletic/academic activities where students compete on a school vs. school basis.

  • Alarm business means the business by any individual, partnership, corporation, or other entity of selling, leasing, maintaining, servicing, repairing, altering, replacing, moving or installing any alarm system or causing to be sold, leased, maintained, serviced, repaired, altered, replaced, moved or installed any alarm system in or on any building, structure or facility.

  • Parent Business has the meaning set forth in the Separation and Distribution Agreement.

  • Restricted business operations means business operations in Sudan that include power production activities, mineral extraction activities, oil-related activities, or the production of military equipment, as those terms are defined in the Sudan Accountability and Divestment Act of 2007 (Pub. L. 110-174). Restricted business operations do not include business operations that the person (as that term is defined in Section 2 of the Sudan Accountability and Divestment Act of 2007) conducting the business can demonstrate—

  • Entities means event and competition organisers/promoters/managers, land and track owners/managers/administrators/lessees, CAMS affiliated clubs, state and territory governments and insured listed in CAMS’ public/product/professional indemnity insurance policies and each of their related bodies corporate (including their related bodies corporate) and each of their organs and agencies, officers/president/directors/executives, employees, servants, agents, partners, providers, members, competitors, drivers, co-drivers, navigators, officials, crew members, pit crew, delegates, licence holders, representatives, commissions, committees, advisers, trustees, councils, panels, shareholders, volunteers, officials, appointees, delegated bodies and sponsors.

  • Company Business means the business of the Company as presently conducted.

  • Businesses means, at any time, a collective reference to the businesses operated by the Borrower and its Subsidiaries at such time.

  • Micro Business means a company which either:

  • Telecommunications Business means the business of (i) transmitting, or providing services relating to the transmission of, voice, video or data through owned or leased transmission facilities, (ii) creating, developing or marketing communications related network equipment, software and other devices for use in a Telecommunications Business or (iii) evaluating, participating or pursuing any other activity or opportunity that is primarily related to those identified in (i) or (ii) above; provided that the determination of what constitutes a Telecommunications Business shall be made in good faith by the Board of Directors of the Guarantor.

  • Supportive services means those services and activities provided in con- nection with minority business enter- prise programs which are designed to increase the total number of minority businesses active in the highway pro- gram and contribute to the growth and eventual self-sufficiency of individual minority businesses so that such busi- nesses may achieve proficiency to com- pete, on an equal basis, for contracts and subcontracts.

  • Company’s Business means the businesses conducted by the Company or its subsidiaries at the time of the termination of Executive’s employment over which he has primary responsibility at the time of the termination of his employment (it being agreed and understood that other aspects of the businesses conducted by the Company or its subsidiaries is not within such definition).

  • Restricted Activities means those activities described in Section 10 of this Agreement.

  • Business has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

  • Subject Business means the policy or policies that are the subject of the Insurance Business Transfer Plan.
