Acting Officer definition

Acting Officer means a Councillor who has assumed the office of an Executive Officer, in accordance with By-Law 16, due to a vacancy.
Acting Officer. The words "acting officer" when used in this Agreement shall mean a member who is designated to serve temporarily in an officer's position for which he is qualified.
Acting Officer means a person duly appointed or elected to act in the place of an office-holder for the time being.
