Additional Collateral Agreement means a Mortgage 100(sm) Pledge Agreement, Parent Power(R) Guaranty and Security Agreement for Securities Account and Parent Power(R) Guaranty Agreement for Real Estate.
Additional Collateral Agreement means, with respect to each Additional Collateral Mortgage Loan, the Pledge Agreement for Securities Account between the related mortgagor and the related Additional Collateral Servicer pursuant to which such mortgagor granted a security interest in the related securities and other financial assets held therein.
