Administrative Official definition

Administrative Official means the individual designated and authorized by the Recipient as the person responsible for the proper administration of the Contract.
Administrative Official means an official of the airport sponsor who is authorized to legally bind the airport sponsor.
Administrative Official means a State officer, or an officer, employee, or consultant of any agency, department, division, office, board, or commission of State government who as part of his or her official duties participates in any administrative action, other than in a solely clerical, secretarial, or ministerial capacity.

Administrative Official means the person charged with the administration and enforcement of this chapter.
