Adviser Fees definition

Adviser Fees means the Adviser Initial Fee and the Adviser Ongoing Fee.
Adviser Fees means the amount of the Senior Lenders' financial advisers and legal advisers fees to be paid by the Borrower equal to US$2,000,000.

  • Fees and ExpensesFees and expenses associated with the Fund include Stable Value Investment Contract Fees, Sub- Adviser Fees, Acquired Fund Fees, and Other Expenses which are collectively referred to as Fund Level Expenses.

  • Note: All Adviser Fees must be for advice given on pension products only; otherwise HMRC may deem these to be unauthorised payments.

  • By signing the Application Form you irrevocably authorise the Issuer to collect the Upfront and Ongoing Adviser Fees (if any) specified on your Application Form at the same time as the other payments are direct debited and irrevocably direct the Issuer to pay the Upfront and Ongoing Adviser Fees (if any) to your adviser, or a service provider of the Adviser nominated by you, on your behalf.

  • If You have not provided Adviser Firm Registration and Account Details the Plan Administrator will be unable to facilitate the payment of Adviser Fees to You.

  • NB: It is not possible for fees to be taken from a pension arrangement in respect of advice that does not relate to retirement planning.Payment of Ongoing Adviser Fees will be facilitated as a specified amount, or as a percentage of the fund value as determined in the Terms and Conditions.

Related to Adviser Fees

  • Annual Fees means the annual fees determined by the Council in terms of section 27;

  • Arranger Fee means a fee charged by the Arranger in relation to each Series of ETP Securities, as modified by the Arranger from time to time, as set out in the Base Prospectus of the Issuer.

  • Fees means all amounts payable pursuant to, or referred to in, Section 4.1.

  • Tuition Fees means a sum specified in the Offer Letter, payable by the Student to cover tuition, access to College facilities, enrolment procedures and orientation meetings, use of Information Technology facilities, exam sitting and a Kaplan award on successful completion of the Programme; and

  • Director Fees means the total compensation (including annual retainer and meeting fees, if any) paid by the Corporation to a Director in a calendar year for service on the Board;

  • Processing Fees means all routine, generally applicable City-wide fees required by the City for processing applications and permits including, but not limited to, fees for land use applications, building applications, building permits, and certificates of occupancy.

  • Provider fee means the consideration paid for a service contract.

  • User Fee means all charges, costs, fees, tariff and other amounts by whatever name called, collected by the Developer from the users, pursuant to this Agreement, for usage of the Project.
