Affiliate Member of Interbolsa means any authorised financial intermediary entitled to hold control accounts with Interbolsa on behalf of their customers and includes any depositary banks appointed by Euroclear and/or Clearstream, Luxembourg for the purpose of holding accounts on behalf of Euroclear and Clearstream, Luxembourg, respectively;

Affiliate Member of Interbolsa means any financial intermediary licensed to act as such and entitled to hold control accounts with Interbolsa;

Affiliate Member of Interbolsa means a financial institution licensed to act as a financial intermediary for the purposes of the Portuguese Securities Code and which is entitled to hold control accounts with Interbolsa on behalf of Noteholders.
