Alliance Product definition

Alliance Product means any Theravance Compound for which GSK has exercised its Opt-In Right subject to and in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, which such Alliance Product can be used as a single agent and/or in combination with other therapeutically active components for human pharmaceutical applications. The term "Alliance Product" shall also include any formulation of excipients, stabilizers, propellants, or other components necessary to prepare and deliver a pharmaceutically effective dose of such Theravance Compound and [*].
Alliance Product means any product, including any formulation thereof, containing or comprised of an Alliance Development Compound. For the avoidance of doubt, no Targacept Licensed Product shall be an Alliance Product.
Alliance Product means that term as defined in the Strategic Alliance Agreement.

  • Subject to the terms of this Agreement, including without limitation Section 2.2, Theravance grants to GSK an exclusive license under the Theravance Patents and Theravance Know-How to make and have made API Compound or formulated Alliance Product in the Territory.

  • Promptly following the designation of an Alliance Product, each Party will provide to the other Party, pursuant to the applicable Work Plan, and in accordance with the responsibilities of each Party, such Technology, including Confidential Information, as reasonably necessary to conduct the Work Plan.


More Definitions of Alliance Product

Alliance Product means any product for use outside the Inhale Field which if made, used or sold absent the license granted hereby would infringe one or more Valid Claims of the Assigned Patent Rights, or which in material part uses, incorporates or is based on the Assigned Know-How.

Alliance Product means a Product that reached Proof of Concept pursuant to a Joint Development Programme.

  • New Product means the Synology-branded hardware product and Synology-branded accessories contained in the original packaging Customer bought from an authorized Synology distributor or reseller. You may see our “New Product” at Product Support Status.
