Research Plan definition

Research Plan shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.
Research Plan means the written plan, including the budget, for the conduct of the Research Program, the initial version of which is attached to this Agreement as Exhibit C, as modified from time to time during the Research Term in accordance with this Agreement.
Research Plan means the statement in Appendix A of the respective research and development commitments of the Parties. The Research Plan should describe the provisions for sponsoring the IND, clinical and safety monitoring, and data management.

  • The Institution Principal Investigator shall serve as the primary contact on all matters related to the Research Activities and the Research Plan.

  • Institution shall not engage or make use of subcontractors for the purpose of performing the Research Activities or any other obligations under this Agreement except as expressly authorized by Company in writing and described in the approved Ancillary Study or Research Plan.
