Annual Average definition

Annual Average means the average of all discharges sampled and/or measured during a calendar year in which daily discharges are sampled and/or measured, divided by the number of discharges sampled and/or measured during such year.
Annual Average means the average of all daily averages in a calendar year.
Annual Average means the annual average daily quantity that is the total quantity authorized by the District to be withdrawn from water sources in one year, divided by 365 days and expressed in gallons per day (gpd).
