Annual Reports definition

Annual Reports shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.3(d).

Annual Reports means the Company's Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended January 28, 1995 as filed with the SEC and the Company's Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended January 27, 1996 (as amended by the Company's Form 10-K/A dated May 14, 1996), as filed with the SEC and delivered to the Purchasers (including, in each case, all exhibits and schedules thereto and documents incorporated by reference therein). "Benefit Plans" has the meaning set forth in Section 4.21.

More Definitions of Annual Reports

Annual Reports means the Periodic Reports from and after the Issue Date covering each Fiscal Year of the New Health System.

For the purposes of the annual reporting, a reporting year will cover from January 1st to December 31st. The first annual report will cover the calendar year immediately following the calendar year in which the Implementing Trustee(s) has completed construction of the Early Restoration Project. Annual status reports will be due within sixty (60) days after the conclusion of that annual reporting year. The Trustees may group multiple Early Restoration Projects in a single report.

Annual Reports has the meaning given in Section 2.2. Applicable Law shall mean, with respect to any Governmental Authority, any constitutional provision, law, statute, rule, regulation, ordinance, treaty, order, decree, judgment, decision, certificate, injunction, registration, license, permit, authorization, guideline, governmental approval, consent or requirement of such Governmental Authority, as construed from time to time by any Governmental Authority. Applicable Permits shall mean, collectively, Operator Acquired Permits and the Owner Acquired Permits.
