Applicable Laws and Regulations definition

Applicable Laws and Regulations means all duly promulgated applicable federal, State and local laws, regulations, rules, ordinances, codes, decrees, judgments, directives, or judicial or administrative orders, permits and other duly authorized actions of any Governmental Authority having jurisdiction over the relevant parties, their respective facilities, and/or the respective services they provide.
Applicable Laws and Regulations means all duly promulgated applicable federal, state and local laws, regulations, rules, ordinances, codes, decrees, judgments, directives, or judicial or administrative orders, permits and other duly authorized actions of any Governmental Authority, including but not limited to laws or regulations relating to pollution or protection of the environment or natural resources.
Applicable Laws and Regulations means our obligations to comply with: (i) any applicable local or foreign law, regulation, rules, demand, request, guidance, guidelines, and codes of practice; and (ii) any agreement between us (or any member of the BEA Group) and any Authority.

  • Each Party shall perform all of its obligations under this LGIA in accordance with Applicable Laws and Regulations, the ISO New England Operating Documents, Applicable Reliability Standards, or successor documents, and Good Utility Practice, and to the extent a Party is required or prevented or limited in taking any action by such requirements and standards, such Party shall not be deemed to be in Breach of this LGIA for its compliance therewith.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Interconnecting Transmission Owner shall not be obligated to exercise eminent domain authority in a manner inconsistent with Applicable Laws and Regulations or when an Interconnection Customer is authorized under Applicable Laws and Regulations to exercise eminent domain on its own behalf.

  • Interconnection Customer shall be responsible for the costs of any additions, modifications, or replacements to the Large Generating Facility or Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities that may be necessary to maintain or upgrade such Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities consistent with Applicable Laws and Regulations, Applicable Reliability Standards or Good Utility Practice.
