Applicable Supervisory Regulations means the provisions of bank supervisory laws and any regulations and other rules thereunder applicable from time to time (including, but not limited to, the BRRD, the CRD, the CRR and the guidelines and recommendations of the European Banking Authority and/or the European Central Bank, the administrative practice of any competent authority, any applicable decision of a court and any applicable transitional provisions) relating to capital adequacy, solvency, other prudential requirements and/or resolution and applicable to the Issuer and/or the banking group to which the Issuer belongs from time to time.
Immediate Supervisor means the person immediately superior to an employee who directs and supervises the work of that employee.
Designated supervisor means the supervisor designated by the Superintendent of Schools or designee as the administrator’s supervisor.
Group-wide supervisor means the commissioner or other regulatory official designated as the group-wide supervisor for an internationally active insurance group under Section 31A-16-108.6.
Site Supervisor means a Site employee, member, or volunteer, who is responsible for monitoring and supervising the Student throughout the Program.
Portfolio Supervisor means First Trust Advisors L.P. and its successors in interest, or any successor portfolio supervisor appointed as hereinafter provided."
Supervisor means Advisors Asset Management Inc., and its successors in interest, or any successor evaluator appointed as hereinafter provided."
Logging supervisor means the individual who provides personal supervision of the utilization of sources of radiation at the well site.
Clinical supervisor means an individual who provides clinical supervision.
Training manager means the individual responsible for administering a training program and monitoring the performance of principal instructors and guest instructors.
Immediate supervision means under the physical and visual supervision of a pharmacist;
Authorised Representatives the persons respectively designated as such by the Authority and the Supplier, the first such persons being set out in Schedule 4. Bribery Act: the Xxxxxxx Xxx 0000 and any subordinate legislation made under that Act from time to time together with any guidance or codes of practice issued by the relevant government department concerning the legislation. Change: any change to this agreement including to any of the Services. Change Control Note: the written record of a Change agreed or to be agreed by the parties pursuant to the Change Control Procedure.
Designated Contract Representative(s) means those individual(s) designated by the Contractor on the Pre-Work form during the Pre-Work Conference.
Airport Manager means that term as defined in section 2 of the aeronautics code of the state of Michigan, 1945 PA 327, MCL 259.2.
Participating Clinical Social Worker means a Clinical Social Worker who has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.
City Managerial Employee means the City Manager, the Assistant City Manager, the City Clerk, and any City department head or director. In the event CONTRACTOR violates the provisions of this paragraph, CONTRACTOR shall be required to pay damages to OWNER in an amount equal to any and all compensation which is received by the former Elected Officer or City Managerial Employee of OWNER from or on behalf of the contracting person or entity, or an amount equal to the former Elected Officer's or City Managerial Employee's last two (2) years of gross compensation from OWNER, whichever is greater.
Designated Representatives means the Subordination Agent Representatives, the Trustee Representatives and the Provider Representatives identified under Section 2.5.
Departmental Representative means the person designated in the Contract, or by written notice to the Contractor, to act as the Departmental Representative for the purposes of the Contract, and includes a person, designated and authorized in writing by the Departmental Representative to the Contractor;
Supervisory employee means an employee, regardless of job description, having authority in the interest of the employer to hire, transfer, suspend, lay off, recall, promote, discharge, assign, reward, or discipline other employees, or the responsibility to assign work to and direct them, or to adjust their grievances, or effectively recommend that action, if, in connection with the foregoing functions, the exercise of that authority is not of a merely routine or clerical nature, but requires the use of independent judgment.
Senior Management Personnel means personnel of the company who are members of its core management team excluding Board of Directors. Normally, this would comprise all members of management one level below the executive directors, including all functional heads.
SBE Program Coordinator means the individual appointed, from time to time, by the City’s Community and Economic Development Director to administer the SBE Regulations.
Key Management Personnel means persons having authority and responsibility for planning, directing and controlling the activities of the Company, directly or indirectly, including any Director (whether executive or otherwise) of the Company;
Supervisory Review means ongoing clinical case reviews in accordance with procedures developed by ADMINISTRATOR, to determine the appropriateness of Diagnosis and treatment and to monitor compliance to the minimum ADMINISTRATOR and Medi-Cal charting standards. Supervisory review is conducted by the program/clinic director or designee.
Non-Participating Clinical Social Worker means a Clinical Social Worker who does not have a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.
Designated Employer Representative (DER) means a designated school district representative authorized to take immediate action to remove employees from safety-sensitive duties, to make required decisions in the testing and evaluation process, and to receive test results and other communications for the school district.
On-site supervision means a physical therapist shall be continuously on-site and present in the same building where the assistive personnel are performing services.
