Key Management Personnel definition

Key Management Personnel means persons having authority and responsibility for planning, directing and controlling the activities of the Company, directly or indirectly, including any Director (whether executive or otherwise) of the Company;
Key Management Personnel means those persons having authority over and responsibility for planning, directing and controlling the activities of an entity, directly or indirectly, including any director (whether executive or otherwise) of that entity.
Key Management Personnel means those persons having authority and responsibility for planning, directing and controlling the activities of the applicant Entity, directly or indirectly, including any director (whether executive or otherwise) of that Entity.
