Applicable Time Period definition

Applicable Time Period means (i) in the event the applicable Payment Date is the first Payment Date hereunder, the period beginning on the date of the first Investment by the Participating Pilots and ending on the first Payment Date hereunder, or (ii) in the event the applicable Payment Date is not the first Payment Date hereunder, the period. beginning on the preceding Payment Date and ending on the applicable Payment Date.
