If the arbitrators selected by the parties fail to agree on the third arbitrator within thirty (30) days of the appointment of the second arbitrator, the third arbitrator shall be selected by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its then existing rules. The impartial arbitrator shall set a time for hearing within sixty (60) days of his/her selection. Each party shall have an opportunity to present evidence on the issues in dispute before the arbitrator and each party may be represented by legal counsel. The decision of the arbitrator(s) shall be rendered within thirty (30) days of the close of the hearing.
