Automotive Parts definition

Automotive Parts means any part or part assembly as defined in Paragraph 12 of the Proposed Consolidated Amended Complaint, but without regard to whether or not it was sold directly to an OEM, and includes the Alleged Parts.
Automotive Parts means any part or part assembly designed for installation in any four-wheeled passenger automobile, van, sports utility vehicle, crossover, or pick-up truck as defined in Paragraph 12 of the Proposed Consolidated Amended Complaint and includes Alternators, Starters, Ignition Coils, Fuel Injection Systems, Valve Timing Control Devices (also referred to as variable valve timing devices and/or variable timing control devices), Automotive Wire Harness Systems, HID Ballasts, and Electronic Powered Steering Assemblies.
Automotive Parts means separable portions of an automotive vehicle manufactured and sold for use in the repair of automotive vehicles;

More Definitions of Automotive Parts

Automotive Parts means any automotive part or part assembly manufactured or sold by the Settling Defendants (or any of them) and at least one other Defendant or alleged co- conspirator, without regard to whether or not it was sold directly to an original equipment manufacturer, and includes the Alleged Parts.
Automotive Parts means the Alleged Parts and Wire Harnesses.

  • Bulk gasoline plant means a gasoline storage and distribution facility with an average daily throughput of 20,000 gallons (76,000 liters) of gasoline or less on a 30-day rolling average.

  • Heavy equipment means such construction machinery as backhoes, treaded tractors, dump trucks, and front-end loaders.

  • Accessories means all fixtures, equipment, systems, machinery, furniture, furnishings, appliances, inventory, goods, building and construction materials, supplies and other articles of personal property, of every kind and character, tangible and intangible (including software embedded therein), now owned or hereafter acquired by Grantor, which are now or hereafter attached to or situated in, on or about the Land or Improvements, or used in or necessary to the complete and proper planning, development, use, occupancy or operation thereof, or acquired (whether delivered to the Land or stored elsewhere) for use or installation in or on the Land or Improvements, and all Additions to the foregoing, all of which are hereby declared to be permanent accessions to the Land.

  • Parts means any and all appliances, parts, instruments, appurtenances, accessories, furnishings and other equipment of whatever nature (other than (a) complete Engines or engines and (b) Excluded Equipment), so long as the same are incorporated or installed in or attached to the Airframe or any Engine or so long as the same are subject to the Lien of the Indenture in accordance with the terms of Section 7.04 thereof after removal from the Airframe or any Engine.

  • Spares means a part or a sub-assembly or assembly for substitution which is ready to replace an identical or similar part or sub-assembly or assembly including a component or an accessory;

  • Fuel means any solid, liquid or gaseous combustible material;

  • Finished Products means any one or more of the following petroleum oils, or a mixture or combination of these oils, to be used without further processing except blending by mechanical means:

  • Port Cargo Handling Equipment means rubber-tired gantry cranes, straddle carriers, shuttle carriers, and terminal tractors, including yard hostlers and yard tractors that operate within ports.
