Examples of Available Funds Shortfall in a sentence
A Demand under all the Deeds of Guarantee shall be made by the Issuer (acting on behalf of the Trustee) if, on a Calculation Date prior to a Due Date or, if no Demand is made on the Calculation Date, on any Business Day after such Calculation Date but prior to the Cut-Off Date preceding the relevant Due Date, the Issuer determines that it has an Anticipated Available Funds Shortfall in respect of the Guaranteed Amounts scheduled to be paid on the relevant Due Date.
The accounting for such arrangements follows the accounting policy for leases (see accounting policy 19 on page 27).
Available Funds Shortfall means the sum of the amounts payable under items (i) to (vii) and (x) of the Pre-Enforcement Priority of Payments on such Interest Payment Date minus the Available Funds which are available on the relevant Interest Payment Date in July or January (including the remaining amount of the Semi-Annual Loan Income Receipts over the preceding Collection Period).
On each Calculation Date, the Cash Manager shall, on the basis of the information supplied to it by the Servicer, the Issuer Account Bank and the Issuer Transaction Account Bank, calculate the Available Funds, the Available Funds Shortfall and, if applicable, any debits or credits with regard to the Interest Allocation Reserve Ledger in the Issuer Transaction Account.
