Available Finance Charge Collections definition

Available Finance Charge Collections means, for any Monthly Period, an amount equal to the sum of (a) the Investor Finance Charge Collections for such Monthly Period, (b) the Series 2012-1 Excess Finance Charge Collections for such Monthly Period, (c) Principal Accumulation Investment Proceeds, if any, with respect to the related Transfer Date, (d) interest and earnings on funds on deposit in the Reserve Account which will be deposited into the Finance Charge Account on the related Payment Date to be treated as Available Finance Charge Collections pursuant to Section 4.10(a), and (e) amounts, if any, to be withdrawn from the Reserve Account which will be deposited into the Finance Charge Account on the related Transfer Date to be treated as Available Finance Charge Collections pursuant to Section 4.10(c).
Available Finance Charge Collections means, for any Monthly Period, an amount equal to the sum of (a) the Investor Finance Charge Collections for such Monthly Period, plus (b) the Excess Finance Charge Collections allocated to Series 2023-A for such Monthly Period, plus (c) Principal Accumulation Investment Proceeds, if any, with respect to the related Transfer Date, plus (d) interest and earnings on funds on deposit in the Reserve Account which will be deposited into the Finance Charge Account on the related Transfer Date to be treated as Available Finance Charge Collections pursuant to Section 4.10(b), plus (e) amounts, if any, to be withdrawn from the Reserve Account which will be deposited into the Finance Charge Account on the related Transfer Date to be treated as Available Finance Charge Collections pursuant to Section 4.10(d).
Available Finance Charge Collections means, for any Monthly Period, an amount equal to the sum of (a) the Investor Finance Charge Collections for such Monthly Period, plus (b) the Excess Finance Charge Collections allocated to Series 2009-VFN for such Monthly Period, plus (c) interest and earnings on funds on deposit in the Cash Collateral Account which will be deposited into the Finance Charge Account on the related Transfer Date to be treated as Available Finance Charge Collections pursuant to subsection 5.10(b).

  • Certain excess Finance Charge Collections allocated to any Series of Notes in a Shared Excess Available Finance Charge Collections Group may be redistributed to cover Series Available Finance Charge Collections Shortfalls incurred by other Series of Notes belonging to the same Shared Excess Available Finance Charge Collections Group to the extent and as specified in the related Indenture Supplement.

  • Shared Excess Available Finance Charge Collections Group A may include Series secured by the collateral in Asset Pools other than Asset Pool One.

  • Shared Excess Available Finance Charge Collections allocable to the CHASEseries with respect to any Monthly Period shall be treated as CHASEseries Available Finance Charge Collections with respect to such Monthly Period and applied on the First Note Transfer Date in the immediately succeeding Monthly Period.

More Definitions of Available Finance Charge Collections

Available Finance Charge Collections means, for any Monthly Period, (a) with respect to the Noteholders, the Finance Charge Collections paid to the Issuer and allocated to the Noteholders, and (b) with respect to any Series, Class or Tranche of Notes, the amount of collections in clause (a) allocated to such Series, Class or Tranche of Notes, as applicable, plus investment earnings allocable to the amounts on deposit in the Collection Account and Excess Funding Account allocable to such Series, Class or Tranche of Notes, plus any other amounts, or allocable portion thereof, to be treated as Available Finance Charge Collections with respect to such Series, Class or Tranche of Notes, subject to the applicable Indenture Supplement.
Available Finance Charge Collections means, for any Monthly Period, an amount equal to the sum of (a) the Investor Finance Charge Collections for such Monthly Period, plus (b) the Excess Finance Charge Collections allocated to Series 2011-B for such Monthly Period, plus (c) Principal Accumulation Investment Proceeds, if any, with respect to the related Transfer Date, plus (d) interest and earnings on funds on deposit in the Reserve Account, Cash Collateral Account and Spread Account which will be deposited into the Finance Charge Account on the related Transfer Date to be treated as Available Finance Charge Collections pursuant to Sections 4.10(b), 4.11(b) and 4.12(b), respectively, plus (e) amounts, if any, to be withdrawn from the Reserve Account which will be deposited into the Finance Charge Account on the related Transfer Date to be treated as Available Finance Charge Collections pursuant to Section 4.10(d).

Available Finance Charge Collections means with respect to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the sum of (a) an amount equal to the applicable Allocation Percentage of all the Collections of Finance Charge Receivables (as such term is defined in the Pooling and Servicing Agreement) received during the related Monthly Period, plus (b) the amount of funds, if any, to be withdrawn from the Spread Account pursuant to subsection 4.11(b) with respect to such Distribution Date, plus (c) if such Distribution Date is a Distribution Date relating to the Accumulation Period, the amount of Principal Funding Investment Proceeds, if any, for such Distribution Date, plus (d) the amount of funds, if any, to be withdrawn from the Reserve Account, which pursuant to subsection 4.12(b) or 4.12(d) are required to be included in Available Finance Charge Collections with respect to such Distribution Date, plus (e) the amount of funds, if any, to be withdrawn from the Cash Collateral Account pursuant to subsection 4.14(b) with respect to such Distribution Date.
