Benefit Booklet definition

Benefit Booklet means this written summary of certain features of the Plan.
Benefit Booklet means any written explanation of insurance coverages or benefits issued by an insurer and which is supplemental to and not a part of an insurance certificate or subscriber contract.
Benefit Booklet means the document provided by Plan Sponsor’s third party administrator that describes a Covered Individual’s benefits under the Plan. Such Benefit Booklet is attached hereto in Exhibit A and Exhibit B.

  • The Employer shall contract for a group life insurance plan, as set out in the current Employee Benefit Booklet.
