BRRD Party definition

BRRD Party means any party to this Agreement subject to the Bail-in Legislation.
BRRD Party means an institution or entity referred to in point (b), (c) or (d) of Article 1(1) BRRD.
BRRD Party means any Underwriter subject to Bail-in Powers.

  • Include “a BRRD Party (“ Relevant BRRD Party”) to the other BRRD Party” where the liabilities of both parties under the Agreement may be subject to bail-in under the BRRD.

  • Include “[ BRRD Party] and [BRRD Party] (each a “BRRD Party”)” where the liabilities of both parties under the Agreement may be subject to bail-in under the BRRD.

  • The acknowledgement set forth in the Sections titled “Contractual Acknowledgement of Bail-in” in Schedule 1 to each of the Agreement Among International Underwriters and the Agreement Among Hong Kong Underwriters shall apply to this Agreement and be deemed to be given by each Underwriter which is not a BRRD Party (as defined in that Section).
