Building Hours definition

Building Hours mean 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding the day of observation of New Year’s Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and, at Landlord’s discretion, any other locally or nationally recognized holiday that is observed by other buildings comparable to and in the vicinity of the Building (collectively, “Holidays”).
Building Hours means Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., excluding federal and state legal holidays.
Building Hours. The specific hours at any individual building may vary according to the needs of the educational program of the School District. The specific hours for each building will be designated by the School District.

Examples of Building Hours in a sentence

  • If the last day of the week is a student early release day or a non- student contact day then the specific hours for each building will be designated by the School District as per Section 14.2 Building Hours of this agreement.

  • Tuesdays, before or after the designated Building Hours, shall be reserved for meetings of the exclusive representative.

  • In addition, Tenant shall pay to Landlord the cost of any increased maintenance and repair (including repair as a result of any after- hours damage) resulting from Tenant’s employees’ work in the Premises before and after Building Hours, as set forth in Paragraph 7.4.

  • Tenant may require such services after Building Hours on demand, and may be separately billed, and if billed shall pay within ten (10) business days after receipt by Tenant of an invoice therefor Landlord’s standard charges (set forth below), for any lighting and HVAC used in the Premises during any period other than during Building Hours, provided that such after-hours services are requested or activated by Tenant or Tenant’s Occupants.

  • Subject to the provisions of this Lease, and as part of Operating Expenses, Landlord shall furnish lighting and HVAC to the Premises during Building Hours.


More Definitions of Building Hours

Building Hours. 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Monday through Friday (excluding Holidays), and such additional hours, if any, as Landlord from time to time determine.
