The Business Unit Terms, Service Descriptions, Maintenance terms, Security Exhibit, or DPA may be updated by Company from time to time without notice (but will be identified by the last updated date).
Unless otherwise stated in the Agreement or in the Order, Company grants Customer a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive, worldwide license to install, run, and use the Number of Units of Software during the Term (if applicable) solely for internal business purposes in accordance with the applicable license restrictions stated in the Business Unit Terms, an Order, and Documentation.
Maintenance is provided pursuant to the Business Unit Terms (defined below).
