Canadian Securities Authorities definition

Canadian Securities Authorities means the securities commissions or similar authorities in Canada.
Canadian Securities Authorities means any of the British Columbia Securities Commission, Alberta Securities Commission, Financial and Consumer Affairs Authority of Saskatchewan, Manitoba Securities Commission, Ontario Securities Commission, Financial and Consumer Services Commission (New Brunswick), Nova Scotia Securities Commission, Office of the Superintendent of Securities (Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Island), Office of the Superintendent of Securities Service (Newfoundland and Labrador), Office of the Superintendent of Securities (Northwest Territories), Office of the Yukon Superintendent of Securities, Nunavut Securities Office, and any of their successors.
Canadian Securities Authorities means the securities commissions or similar securities regulatory authorities in the various provinces and territories of Canada.
