Cancellation Fees. Approved cancellations will be billed as follows: FALL SEMESTER SPRING SEMESTER Prior to August 25th $325 Prior to January 26th $325 August 25th-Oct 7th 50% of semester fee January 26th-March 8th 50% of semester fee After Oct 7th 100% of semester fee After March 8th 100% of semester fee
Cancellation Fees means the cancellation fees payable by Client as defined in Section 3.4.
Cancellation Fees means fees charged by the Carrier in case the Client cancels the Flight as established in the clause 6 herein;

Examples of Cancellation Fees in a sentence

  • If the Charterer made any advanced payments for the Flight, the Carrier may set-off unilaterally Cancellation Fees with any advanced payments.

  • In addition to Cancellation Fees, the Charterer shall, on demand, reimburse the Carrier for all and any costs and expenses incurred by the Carrier in connection to such cancellation (including, but not limited to, expenses related to the performance of the Carrier’s obligations under the Regulation 261 or any equivalent thereof), as well as damages, expenses and costs incurred by its agents and representatives.


More Definitions of Cancellation Fees

Cancellation Fees shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.3.
Cancellation Fees means the fee We charge for cancellation of this Agreement.
