The Fee definition

The Fee means the fee calculated in accordance with Appendix 1 as the same may be adjusted from time to time in accordance with this Agreement payable to the Exhibition Designer in respect of the Services.

Examples of The Fee in a sentence

  • The Intent to Contract and to Perform form is again required at the Fee Proposal stage.

  • At the end of each year of Contract performance, the Fee Determining Official will make a final Fee Determination using the PEMP described in the Section B Clause entitled, Fee Structure.
