Capital Security definition

Capital Security means an undivided beneficial interest in the assets of the Issuer Trust, having a Liquidation Amount of $1,000 and having the rights provided therefor in this Trust Agreement, including the right to receive Distributions and a Liquidation Distribution as provided herein.
Capital Security means, with respect to any Person, (a) any share of capital stock of or other unit of ownership interest in such Person or (b) any security convertible into, or any option, warrant or other right to acquire, any share of capital stock of or other unit of ownership interest in such Person.
Capital Security has the meaning specified in Section 7.1.

Examples of Capital Security in a sentence

  • The amount of interest payable in respect of a Capital Security shall be the aggregate of the amounts (determined in the manner provided above) for each Calculation Amount comprising the denomination of such Capital Security without any further rounding.

  • Upon the due date for redemption of any Capital Security, unmatured Coupons relating to such Capital Security (whether or not attached) shall become void and no payment shall be made in respect of them.

  • Whilst any of the Capital Securities are represented by a Global Certificate, such notice may be given by any holder of a Capital Security to the Registrar through Euroclear and/or Clearstream, Luxembourg (as the case may be), in such manner as the Registrar, and Euroclear and/or Clearstream, Luxembourg (as the case may be) may approve for this purpose.

  • Where any Capital Security is presented for redemption without all unmatured Coupons relating to it, redemption shall be made only against the provision of such indemnity as the Issuer may require.

  • Unless otherwise provided in these Conditions, each Capital Security will cease to confer the right to receive any Distribution from the due date for redemption unless, upon surrender of the Certificate representing such Capital Security, payment of principal is improperly withheld or refused.

Capital Security means a security representing an undivided beneficial interest in the assets of the Trust with such terms as may be set out in any amendment to this Declaration.
