Card Networks definition

Card Networks means MasterCard Incorporated, MasterCard Worldwide, Inc., and MasterCard International Incorporated and their Affiliates or any other card-sponsoring organization or payment network that the Company or any Subsidiary has contracted with or arranged for processing and settlement of sales transactions effected with cards or other financial transaction devices, and any successor organization or association to any of the foregoing.
Card Networks means a party that administers card schemes including but not limited to Visa, MasterCard, JCB, American Express, Diners and ITMX).
Card Networks means the payment card networks, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. The initial Card Network for the Card is MasterCard.

  • The Card Networks may request information and certification relating to your location, and make a final determination of your location.

  • If you pay for goods and services in a currency other than the Denominated Currency, the amount payable will be converted at the relevant Card Network's reference exchange rate at the clearing time of the Card Transaction, and a foreign exchange fee will apply.
