Cheque definition

Cheque means a bill of exchange drawn on a specified banker and not expressed to be payable otherwise than on demand;
Cheque means a bill of exchange, drawn on a bank, directing it to pay the sum specified on demand.
Cheque includes any payment by means of credit card or any payment order or transaction, whether made electronically or otherwise;
