Class A Conversion Rate definition

Class A Conversion Rate means a number of Common Units, rounded down to the nearest whole number, equal to the quotient of (a) the Class A Preferred Unit Price divided by (b) the Class A Conversion Price.
Class A Conversion Rate means the fraction, the numerator of which is the Net Asset Value Per Unit for each Class A Unit and the denominator of which is the Net Asset Value Per Unit for each Class I Unit.
Class A Conversion Rate means, as adjusted pursuant to Section 5.12(b)(iv)(F), the quotient of (a) the sum of (i) the Class A Issue Price, plus (ii) any Class A Unpaid Distributions on the applicable Class A Preferred Unit, divided by (b) the Class A Issue Price.

Class A Conversion Rate has the meaning specified in Section 14.1 hereof.
