Class B Issue Price definition

Class B Issue Price means $15.00 per Class B Unit (as adjusted for splits and combinations).
Class B Issue Price means, for each series of Class B Units, the amount received by the Partnership as a capital contribution for such Class B Unit issued pursuant to the Standby Equity Commitment Agreement.
