Class C Percentage definition

Class C Percentage means at any time the percentage equivalent of a fraction, the numerator of which is the Outstanding Amount of the Class C Notes and the denominator of which is the sum of the Outstanding Amount of all the Notes.
Class C Percentage means the percentage derived from the fraction the numerator of which is the Class C Invested Initial Amount and the denominator of which is the sum of the Class A Initial Invested Amount, the Class B Initial Invested Amount and the Class C Initial Invested Amount.
