Class Percentage definition

Class Percentage. With respect to each Class of Subordinate Certificates, for each Distribution Date, the percentage obtained by dividing the Class Principal Amount of such Class immediately prior to such Distribution Date by the sum of the Class Principal Amounts of all Certificates immediately prior to such date.
Class Percentage means, with respect to any Class with respect to any Distribution Date or any Trust Distribution Date, as applicable:
Class Percentage. For each Distribution Date and for each Class of Certificates or Interests, as applicable, the percentage obtained by dividing the Certificate Balance of such Class of Certificates or Interests, as applicable, immediately prior to such Distribution Date by the then aggregate Certificate Balance of all of the Certificates or Interests, as applicable.

  • Such reduction in the Class Investor Interest will not result in any change in any numerator for purposes of determining any Class Percentage with respect to such Class if a Fixed Principal Allocation Event with respect to such Series has previously occurred.

More Definitions of Class Percentage

Class Percentage means, for any Member of a Class, a fraction, expressed as a percentage, the numerator of which fraction shall be the Capital Account balance of such Member and the denominator of which fraction shall be the total Capital Account balance of all Members of the Class, as may be amended from time to time upon the transfer, issuance or redemption of Interests in the Company accordance with this Agreement.
Class Percentage with respect to any Class of any Series shall have the meaning specified in the applicable Series Supplement.

Class Percentage means, with respect to any Class and at any time of determination, the Net Investment with respect to such Class expressed as a percentage of the aggregate Net Investment with respect to all Classes, each as of such time of determination.

Class Percentage means, with respect to any Class of Shares of a PPF, on any Valuation Date, the percentage equivalent of a fraction, the numerator of which is the product of the NAV with respect to such Class of Shares of such PPF multiplied by the number of shares of such Class of Shares of such PPF outstanding, and the denominator of which is the sum with respect to each Class of Shares with respect to such PPF of the product of (i) the NAV with respect to such Class of Shares of such PPF multiplied by the number of shares of such Class of Shares with respect to such PPF outstanding.
Class Percentage. With respect to each Class of Notes and Payment Date, the ratio, expressed as a percentage, of the aggre- gate Principal Balance of such Class of Notes to the aggregate Principal Balance of the Notes, in each case immediately prior to such Payment Date.
