Class D Certificates. Class E Certificates,” “Class F Certificates,” “Class G Certificates,” “Class H Certificates,” “Class V Certificates” and “Class R Certificates” mean, in each such case, the Certificates designated as “Class A-1,” “Class A-2,” “Class A-SB,” “Class A-3,” “Class A-4,” “Class A-5,” “Class A-S,” “Class X-A,” “Class X-B,” “Class X-C,” “Class B,” “Class PST,” “Class C,” “Class D,” “Class E,” “Class F,” “Class G,” “Class H,” “Class V” and “Class R,” respectively, on the face thereof, in substantially the forms attached hereto as Exhibits A-1 to A-20.
Class D Certificates means the Class D Certificates issued by Party B pursuant to the Trust Agreement.
Class D Certificates means the $59,989,000 aggregate initial principal balance Class D 5.00% Asset Backed Certificates evidencing the beneficial interest of a Class D Certificateholder in the property of the Trust, substantially in the form of Exhibit A to the Trust Agreement; provided, however, that the Owner Trust Estate has been pledged to the Indenture Trustee to secure payment of the Notes and that the rights of the Certificateholders to receive distributions on the Certificates are subordinated to the rights of the Noteholders as described in the Sale and Servicing Agreement, the Indenture and the Trust Agreement.

Class D Certificates means the certificates, if any, issued by Northwest Airlines, Inc. and designated Class D certificates, in connection with a secured financing or leveraged lease transaction relating to an aircraft which will be used in its operations.
