Class List means the system-generated list, dated October 1, 2019, of individuals who were 19 between 18- and 21-years old on the date of filing of the I-360 (SIJ petition) and included a California residence on their petition. Class List means an electronic list or lists from Defendant’s available records that includes the names, last known U.S. Mail addresses, and email addresses, to the extent available, belonging to Persons within the Settlement Class, which shall be provided to the Settlement Administrator with a copy to Class Counsel in accordance with Paragraph 4.1(a).
