Class Members definition

Class Members means all individuals in the Settlement Class, including the Class Representatives.
Class Members means all members of the Class.

Examples of Class Members in a sentence

  • Notice of the Settlement and the Settlement Hearing shall be given to Class Members as set forth in Paragraph 6 of this Order.

  • For Authorized Class Members whose shares of GFI common stock are cashed out in the Back-End Mergers, your distribution from the Settlement will be paid to you directly in the same manner in which you receive your cash payment from the Back-End Merger.
