Class M-4 Notes. The Class M-4 Notes due October 25, 2035 issued under this Indenture in the original aggregate principal amount set forth in Section 2.02.
Class M-4 Notes. The First NLC Trust 2005-1, Callable Mortgage-Backed Notes, Series 2005-1 Class M-4 Notes issued under the Indenture.
Class M-4 Notes means the Class M-4 Home Equity Loan-Backed Notes, Series 2005-A, in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit A-2d to the Indenture.

  • All payments made by the Issuer with respect to this Note shall be equal to this Note's PRO RATA share of the aggregate payments on all Class M-4 Notes as described above, and shall be applied as between interest and principal as provided in the Indenture.
