This is the Submitted or Postmarked on Opting Out of the Class only option that allows you to keep your right to bring any other lawsuit against Defendant for the same claims if you are a Settlement Class Member.
Such facts, if known by them, might have affected the decision to settle with the Released Parties, or the decision to release, relinquish, waive, and discharge the Released Claims, or the decision of a Class Member not to object to the Settlement.
Any Class Member who does not enter an appearance will be represented by Lead Counsel, and shall be deemed to have waived and forfeited any and all rights he, she or it may otherwise have to appear separately at the Settlement Hearing.
